Yoga
- is a path; requiring time & patience.
- opens our mind.
- releases tension in the mind.
- teaches mindfulness.
- an excellent path towards self-discovery.
- increases patience. A key component in life.
- is an ancient spiritual & physical practice from India.
- for a nimble & strong physique.
- has deep healing properties for body, soul & mind.
- aids the healing of physical & mental health ailments such as back pain, asthma, menstrual pain, fear, depression, etc.
Yoga is not about measuring, comparing, or nailing the yoga position. It is about forming the position with your body, according to your own body's current ability. It is about you being in touch with your own body, and nothing more.
Yoga is not only a practice, but a philosophy. Living right here & now. It is the way we interact with each other, how we move our body, how we breathe.
Yoga helps us find ourself; helping us know where to go.
