Local tax is charged separately: 1 EUR per adult per day / children aged 6-16 years 0.30 EUR per day
Week-long holidays (Saturday until Saturday) are available to Book online.

Weekends and short term rentals
can be booked in the low season from 2 rental days with a surcharge:
Short-term surcharges in the low season
- for 2 rental days per day: € 50
- for 3 rental days per day: € 30
- for 4 rental days per day: € 25
Early check-in € 50 depending on availability
Late Check Out € 50 depending on availability
Minimum booking period
- in low season: 2 days
- in mid-season: 7 days
- in high season : 7 days
- in July and August: mostly 14 days
- and on request, as well as gaps
Details
- All rates listed are for 7 overnight stays and include Wi-Fi, final cleaning charge, utilities, bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, cleaning products, bakery service (bread/rolls not included in the price), sauna (plus 12,- € for energy) and parking.
- Children up to 5 years are free
- Visitor's tax per day:
Adults 1 EUR | Children 6 - 16 years 0.30 EUR | Children under 6 years stay for free - Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 9:30 a.m.
- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in all holiday homes. Smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces, or the garden.

Visitor policy
- Visits are only permitted after prior registration and approval.
- Prices per visit up to 4 hours, up to a maximum of 9:00 p.m.:
- Adults € 20
- Children 6 to 17 years € 15
- Children 0-5 years € 10 - Without entitlement to participate in animal feeding, without entitlement to use the play equipment.
