Important Booking Information

All rates are charged in EURO (€) incl. VAT. 

Local tax is charged separately: 1 EUR per adult per day / children aged 6-16 years 0.30 EUR per day

Week-long holidays (Saturday until Saturday) are available for online booking.

For all other periods please simply send us a non-binding enquiry and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Weekend holidays and short-stay holidays (up to 7 nights):

• minimums stay of 2 nights can be booked at high-season rates
• as of 3^rd night, current season's rate applies
• late check-out 50 EUR (depending on availability)
• not available during public holidays and school holidays

Details:

• All rates listed are for 7 overnight stays and include Wi-Fi, final cleaning charge, utilities, bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, cleaning products, bakery service (bread/rolls not included in the price), sauna (plus 12,- € for energy) and parking.
• Visitor's tax per day:
  Adults 1 EUR | Children 6 - 16 years 0.30 EUR | Children under 6 years stay for free
• Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 9:30 a.m.
• During July & August the minimum stay is commonly 14 days.
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited in all holiday homes. Smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces, or the garden.
