Air Ventilation & Heat Efficiency
Our apartments at the Hagerhof all are equipped with modern air ventilation systems, to ensure fresh, oxygenated air circulates for your wellbeing.
The large-scale system is situated underground allowing the air to cool down during the hot summer months, as well as warm up via geothermal energy during the winter months.
In addition, an eco-friendly cross-flow heat exchanger uses residual heat from the extracted air, saving energy during the winter months. This allows the system to run with a 95% efficiency rating.
