Weekends and short-term rentals

can be booked in the low season for a minimum of 2 rental days with a surcharge:

Short-term surcharges in the off-season:

• for 2 rental days per day: €50
• for 3 rental days per day: €30
• for 4 rental days per day: €25

Late check-out €50, subject to availability

Minimum booking period

• in the low season: 2 days
• in the mid season: 7 days
• in the high season: 7 days
• in July and August: 7 or 14 days (NRW school holidays 14 days)

Notes

• Prices are valid for stays of 7 nights or more and include free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, utilities, bed linen, towels, bath towels, dish towels, bakery service (plus cost of goods), and sauna (plus €12 energy contribution per heating for 2 people).
• Children under 5 years of age are free
• Visitor's tax per day: adults €1 | children aged 6-16 €0.30 | children under 6 free of charge
