We have several portable barbecues that you can borrow. Please come to reception.
Please provide your own charcoal; we will provide you with lighter fluid and a chimney starter.
Set up the grill on the patio or gravel path, keeping it well away from the house. Please do not place it on the grass.
When you are finished, please extinguish the hot coals with water.
Please return the grill the next day.
We will clean the grill and grill rack afterwards.

The game room is located in the basement of House 2. It is heated in winter and equipped with table tennis, foosball, a cozy corner, stuffed animals, Lego, toys, a play shop, a fairy tale stage with hand puppets and a walk-in closet with fairy tale costumes.
There is also a fantastic wooden horse for the little ones to ride, giant wooden blocks, small bookshelves, and much more.
Please note:
- Please take off your shoes.
- Please do not take any sand or hay with you.
- Please leave everything as you found it :-).
Each family will receive a key to the games room from us. Please follow the rules (see above).
The garbage room is to the right of the rabbits and guinea pigs (second door from the right next to the parking lot).

Our mailbox for key drop-off (e.g., apartment keys in case of early departure) is located opposite the play barn, House 1 west side between the second window and the wooden cabinet, flush with the house wall. It is a wooden box measuring 40x30 cm with a slanted iron flap (we open the mailbox from the inside).

The play barn is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. in July and August) and has a trampoline, a hay bouncy castle and lots of vehicles, children's bikes, tractors, bobby cars, and go-karts.
We ask drivers to treat all vehicles with care and to park them neatly after use - park the large ones on the right and the small ones on the left. Please do not leave vehicles in the sun, rain, or on your neighbor's property. Please do not intentionally bump into others. We ask all Ketcar drivers (especially adults) not to drive along the path in front of the reception area along the wall of the building.
The hay must remain inside the play barn and must not be taken out into the yard. Inside the play barn, the hay can be swept up easily. Loose hay can be put back, while crumbly debris can be disposed of in the black bin next to the trampoline. Please jump on the trampoline without shoes.

We can provide you with firewood. Please ask us where you can collect it (please do not burn decorative wood or wet, freshly stacked wood).
To allow the carbon monoxide to escape from the chimney, take a double sheet of newspaper, crumple it up a little, push it as far as your arm will reach into the chimney, and light the newspaper, ensuring that there is sufficient oxygen by opening the apartment door. The burning paper will rush up through the chimney and remove the stale air. Then heat the stove as normal, open the small slider on the stove door to ensure sufficient oxygen, and use the firelighters provided in the apartment. Please do not remove the ashes afterwards, we will do that for you.

All apartments have fully automatic ventilation systems.
Please do not close the bathroom doors after use, but leave the shower door and wooden door slightly open. Thank you!

The apartments in House 2 (Mill, Hayloft, Pottery, Weaving mill and Bakery) have a whirlpool tub (Jacuzzi) with triple whirlpool function. If you would like to use bath additives, please only use ours, as they do not foam. Available at the entrance to House 2 on the left on the buffet (EUR 3). Clear water is always fine. The water level should be three centimeters above the back jets, including the bather, then a small green light on the edge of the bathtub will stay on. The system should not suck in air. Hay or bath additives with texture must not be put in the tub.
The skylights have interior blinds.
The small windows have homemade blackout curtains, which are stored in the wardrobe and look like thin seat cushions. These foam rubber things are simply attached to the inside of the glass pane behind the thin iron strips (maybe pull out the corners if necessary), and suddenly it's pitch black.
