We, your host family, live on the farm:

Augustin (short: Gustl) Pfaffenberger and his girlfriend Magdalena, as well as Augustin's mother Annemarie Pfaffenberger.

 

The Hagerhof was first mentioned in 1384 and has been family-owned since 1580. We have been offering farm holidays since the 1930s – back then they were called "summer retreats".

It was passion that drove us to rebuild the Hagerhof. With great joy in planning and implementing this major challenge, we embraced Bavarian rural building culture and revived high-quality, traditional craftsmanship. The Hagerhof is the product of a successful symbiosis between builders, artists, and master craftsmen.
