Weekends and short-term rentals
can be booked in the low season for a minimum of 2 rental days with a surcharge:
Short-term surcharges in the off-season:
- for 2 rental days per day: €50
- for 3 rental days per day: €30
- for 4 rental days per day: €25
Early check-in €50, subject to availability
Late check-out €50, subject to availability
Minimum booking period
- in the low season: 2 days
- in the mid season: 7 days
- in the high season: 7 days
- in July and August: 7 or 14 days (NRW school holidays 14 days)
- and on request, as well as gaps and short-term availability
Notes
- Prices are valid for stays of 7 nights or more and include free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, utilities, bed linen, towels, bath towels, dish towels, bakery service (plus cost of goods), and sauna (plus €12 energy contribution per heating for 2 people).
- Children under 5 years of age are free
- Visitor's tax per day: adults €1 | children aged 6-16 €0.30 | children under 6 free of charge
- check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 9:30 a.m.
- Pets are not allowed
- All vacation apartments are non-smoking. Smokers can enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony, terrace, or in the garden.

Visitor policy:
- Visits are only permitted after prior registration and approval.
- Prices per visit up to 4 hours, until 9:00 p.m. at the latest:

- No entitlement to participate in feeding the animals or use the play equipment.
